Governance & Cross-functional execution Coordinate execution across functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) and manage project governance to ensure decision readiness for senior stakeholders.
Academic and Professional Background Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with 6–9 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB/Tier 2) focusing on or value optimization. Proven track record in international healthcare, life sciences, or related industries. Financial & Analytical Expertise Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in P&L drivers and margin-focused initiatives. Ability to translate complex data into actionable value-creation strategies. Leadership & Communication Hands-on execution mindset with experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects. Business fluency in English and in German.
