You play a crucial role in how we rethink the labour market to make it more fair for all – by promoting innovative solutions and driving effective changes throughout the company. Definition and implementation of the global talent management strategy taking into account corporate objectives and long-term business priorities leadership and further development of a team of teams; Set a clear strategic orientation and ability to successfully implement effective talent initiatives End-to-end management for global talent management projects – with a special focus on performance management – from conception to implementation, including close cooperation with executive stakeholders driving innovations in the talent sector using data analytics, industry benchmarks and best practices to develop scalable, future-oriented solutions Strategic advice on succession planning, leadership development and organisational skills

Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable field as well as 10+ years of relevant professional experience in talent management, learning & development or in the HR strategy in an international environment Proven leadership experience, including the management and development of (senior) managers in complex organizations Comprehensive expertise in talent strategy, program design and global project management, ideally with experience in diagnostic tools and executive development ability to communicate confidently and effectively on C levels; strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Strategic, data-driven thinking with proven experience in implementing innovative solutions and measurable impact in talent management Flowing German and English skills
