Head of Technical Service & Aftersales Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

As a medium-sized company with more than 50 employees in the production and distribution of cable laying machines and equipment, and the distribution of inflating devices for micro and glass fiber cables, we are looking for a service manager who is responsible and further developing our service department. The aim of the position is to ensure a professional, efficient and customer-oriented service business in the field of maintenance, repair and maintenance of our machines. Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of our service technicians (2 employees) Service team deployment, capacity and holiday planning Organization and planning of internal and external service operations Total responsibility for maintenance, repair and maintenance work Ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of all services Central contact for customers in the service and after-sales sector Processing of spare parts requests and orders, ensuring the availability of spare parts Development and digitization of service and maintenance processes Construction, definition and continuous evaluation of relevant service KPIs for the control and optimization of the service area Implementation of internal and external service training Ensuring high customer satisfaction Expansion of service bases in Germany and abroad Close cooperation with quality management Report refund for management

Complete technical training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in technical service or after-sales area of advantage Experience in leadership of service teams of advantage Organisational strength and structured functioning Safe handling of ERP systems (preferably Navision) and digital service processes High customer orientation and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel for national and possibly international visits to service bases
