You optimize the processes between personnel, pay billing and insurance brokers (e.g. billing of insurance services) and control our external service providers to ensure that the quality of our services meets the highest standards.
You are responsible for introducing new benefits in this area, including process design, cost calculation, communication and implementation with all interfaces.

Expertise in AVWL or Deferred Compensation desirable
Experience in controlling external service providers such as insurance brokers, and in dealing with business councils
Experience in job evaluation systems, in particular ERA and Hay, is advantageous
Passionate expert with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with cost awareness and the ability to understand complex topics in German and English
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
