igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for a team management debitor management (m/w/d) for the location Neumünster or Blankenfelde‐Mahlow.

Technical and disciplinary team management of debitor accounting (central and regional companies) Responsibility for receivable management, dunning and optimisation and monitoring of all payment processes and banking accounting Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Close cooperation with controlling, sales, IT and other interfaces Creation and reporting of relevant key figures to department management Contact person for auditors Coordination and implementation of debitoral tasks in the monthly and annual accounts Participation in projects for process automation and digitization further development of the team and promotion of a strong, cooperative relationship

Completed commercial training or business studies, ideally focusing on accounting/finance Multiannual professional experience in debitor management or financial accounting as well as good knowledge in receivable management, dunning and payment processes First leadership experience or clear willingness to assume leadership responsibility Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making Openness for changes and interest in digitalization and process optimization readiness to travel ( 10% <)
