You take over the overall responsibility for the area of operation at the Überlingen site, including all facilities with the main points of kitchen and gastronomic services. You lead and develop a team of about 22 employees in the fields of catering and kitchen – from personnel deployment planning to the promotion of a service and quality-oriented work structure. In addition, design the growth project ''Grow'' by developing inno­vative supply concepts, and take over the selection and control of external service providers. Suppliers by quality, economic and service criteria. You ensure a quality and sustainability management including the further development of relevant standards and compliance with legal requirements (HACCP and hygiene concepts). In addition, you work closely with internal cutting points such as purchasing, construction and operating technology or finance and provide an attractive and modern service for employees and guests.

You have successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a hotel business operator (m/w/d). In addition, you will bring a completed training in the hotel compartment or as a chef (m/w/d) with a corresponding additional qualification as a master / specialist (m/w/d).
