You promote a positive and respectful working atmosphere in the housing groups through a trusted cooperation with parents, support schools, service providers, authorities, clinics/medicals and therapists. Ensuring the delegated administrative tasks in compliance with statutory provisions for child and youth care Organisation of educational and leisure activities to promote social, emotional and cognitive skills Management of the facility in business matters (budget planning & responsibility, personnel planning and their control) Active quality management promotion

completed university studies of social work, social education, psychology or social management and a comparable degree of study at least three years of professional experience in the care of children and adolescents with disabilities and have comprehensive social knowledge (including SGB II, VIII, IX, XII) Documentation and planning strength
