For the overall responsibility of the construction services of a sophisticated, highly complex industrial project of the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a leadership personality that takes responsibility, leads the project to success and brings true hands-on mentality. Contract location: flexible – throughout Germany at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Place of work: in an EU-Anrainer State west of Germany (100% readiness required) Superior Construction Management for the realization and commissioning of a highly complex industrial plant in the semiconductor industry / Semiconductor Fabrication Total responsibility for the timing, quality, and cost-oriented processing of the task packages in the construction, assembly and commissioning phase of the project and for compliance with the applicable guidelines in the field of occupational safety Content and organisational management responsibility of the construction site team in the different trade unions and subcontractors used Planning, taxes and coordination of the necessary capacities and resources in order to achieve the project Regular reporting to participating stakeholders in the project and first contact person for the client at the construction site Active and continuous optimisation of internal processes and processes and training of process participants

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology, architecture or a comparable qualification related to the construction industry Extensive and multi-year well-founded professional experience in overall responsibility, especially in construction management and the installation and commissioning of complex (EPCM) industrial projects in the above-described high-tech environment Understanding the entire planning, construction and development process of large-scale construction projects as well as entrepreneurial feeling within the construction design Knowledge in dealing with HOAI, AHO, VOB, FIDIC, RIBA and with common risk management methods German and English knowledge in word and writing, knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-sector work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts Unrestricted project-related readiness within Germany and Europe
