In your role as a working student (man) Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition you are an essential part of our talent Acquisition team and helps us find the best minds for our group. Talent scouting: For our diverse written positions, you identify proactively matching talents on relevant platforms and networks. Networking: You go to interesting candidates, inspire them for us and organize further interview steps. Strategy & data: In regular exchange with your team, you opt for our search strategies, analyze and discover new ways to address potential employees. Employer Branding: You help actively strengthen our employer brand and make it visible on social media.

Studies: You are a registered student in a relevant course of study (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences or comparable). First experiences: Ideally, you have already been able to collect first contact points with HR or recruiting topics (e.g. through internships). Digital Native: Social Media isn't a stranger to you! You are versed in dealing with professional networks (LinkedIn, XING etc.) and brings a sense of new trends. Organizational talent: Your independent and structured way of working allows you to keep track of multiple search jobs and deliver reliable results. Communication strength: Your open and convincing communication helps you to inspire talents.
