The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

In dialogue with practice, the Department of Education is responsible for finding, securing, profiling and developing educational quality in the SOS institutions. The Supply and Quality Development Unit is responsible for the technical discovery and monitoring of the practice, the internal audit, the documentation, the quality development process, as well as for the analysis and processing of data.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in temporary employment, part-time (32 hours/Where.)

Further development and implementation of quality audits based on internal standards and legal basis Evaluation of the implementation of the standards and framework requirements of the institution Evaluation and further development of the concept of internal quality audit Accompanying the introduction of quality standards, consulting management Participation in the development of technical recommendations for the further development of the quality of pedagogical work in the Children's Village Association Working in projects and overarching working groups on (strategic) relevant association topics and processing of data for the bodies and internal reporting readiness to travel Germany to the SOS Children's Village Facilities

A completed (social) pedagogical study Multiannual professional experience in stationary or outpatient child and youth assistance Practical and theoretical knowledge in quality management Experience in the discussion and moderation and implementation of workshops and events Funded experience in project management as well as application-oriented preparation and writing of complex technical topics A result-oriented way of working, a social competence and a safe and sympathetic appearance
