• Self-planning and implementation of diagnostics and therapy: They take over the planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of diagnostics and therapy in the stationary area, always as part of a professionally sound supervision.
• Therapeutic work in groups and individual settings: As a reference therapist:in guide groups and individual therapies and accompany your patient:individually through their healing process.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and advice: They advise patients:inside and their relatives, work closely with external offices and complementary institutions and actively shape cooperation in our multi-professional teams.
• Configuring and further developing our treatment concepts: Your cooperation in the development of innovative therapeutic approaches is a central part of your activity.

• completed study of human medicine and German approval
• You have a professional permit and have an clarified residence status
• German language skills (main subject language examination, at least C1)
• Empathy and a high degree of commitment to work with mentally ill patients
• Team spirit, openness for new developments in psychiatry and psychotherapy as well as interest in continuous professional and personal development
