In the handling of Mahnwesen and the Receivables Department, you are responsible for the care of intensive/problem engagements as well as for the organisation of internal and external service providers to secure objects. You provide documents for payment complaints, criminal complaints or complaints for forwarding to our lawyers and are in correspondence with opposing representations. The sale of leasing objects of terminated contracts (purchasing price negotiation, invoicing) and insolvency litigation on the creditor side also belongs to your tasks.

You have completed a commercial vocational training, preferably a lawyer (w/m/d). Ideally, you could already gain professional experience in receivable management. Accountant principles are not strange to you and you can at best provide legal knowledge and legal basis. In everyday work, you convince with an independent, independent and analytical way of working.
