For our residential areas in Lübeck we are looking for support with a focus on garden and outdoor care. At the same time, you take classic mastery tasks, carry out smaller repairs and, together with our team, ensure that our real estate is a well-kept impression.

Whether in the care of our outdoor facilities or in the case of smaller craft tasks: You work independently, think with and become part of a team that supports each other.

Your tasks • Exterior facilities in best form: you care for green areas, beds, roads and outdoor facilities and make sure that our residential areas make a well-kept impression all year round • Craftsmanship: Whether defective lamp, dripping faucet or loose door latch – you recognize problems early and solve them before they get bigger • Recognizing vulnerabilities You have your objects in mind, document damage and work closely with our real estate management and technical colleagues • Show willingness when it comes to: In exchange, you take the technical emergency service and are at the place when it has to go quickly – with a service handy and clear willingness to call

Your profile • Green Thumbs welcome: Ideally, you have already gained experience in gardening and landscape building, in greening or comparable activities and are happy to work outdoors • Craft skills: Also smaller repairs are done independently and with a view for practical solutions • Reliable creator: You work independently, responsibly and service-oriented • Flexibility & driving licence: You bring the willingness to the emergency service and owns a class B / BE licence
