The Technical Sales Support (TSS) represents the technical interface between subsidiaries and the specialist departments and takes over the coordination of orders and projects. It is important to derive a clear technical task from customer requirements, define framework conditions and communicate accordingly. We already support the TGs in the Opportunity Management Phase in technical detail issues and in sampling. In order processing, an order card is generated by means of a sales configurator, which represents the basis of the following project processing and conversion in the specialist departments. Finally, we conduct FATs together with our customers and subsidiaries.
