Architect in the construction industry (m/f/d)

We are Dohmen Architects – an architectural office in the South of Cologne, specializing in exclusive residential buildings, especially high-quality private single-family houses. In addition to private projects, we also support demanding industrial and housing projects. We often develop our solutions in close cooperation with renowned interior design offices and always individually for our clients. We are currently a well-established young team of six colleagues who value flat hierarchies, self-initiative and joy at work. We are now looking for an experienced architectin (m/w/d) who wants to take responsibility and run projects. Support management and team at any time. At the same time, we will give you the opportunity to develop step by step to the full-fledged project managerin.

Project management in performance phases 1–5 (on request also LPH 6–8) Development and implementation of creative design ideas Competent development of authoritative designs and detailed explanations Self-configuration and coordination of projects Communication with contractors, specialist planners and authorities

Complete architectural studies Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D/3D) knowledge of AutoCAD desirable Safe handling of ORCA AVA and Office 365 At least 2 years of professional experience desirable Joy of independent project management and takeover of responsibility Openness for new ideas and team skills Car driving license of advantage
