Head of IT (m/w/d)

We are a hospital with a focus on 410 beds in 12 departments and an academic teaching hospital at the University of Münster. For our IT department, we are looking for a Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

Leadership of an internal IT team with currently 8 employees and 2 trainees Responsibility for IT operation and user service Expansion and optimization of our digitalization strategy Optimizing and ensuring our information security concepts Management of IT projects (e.g. in the context of the KHZG), the independent determination and specification of IT project requirements, their examination for professional and temporal feasibility and the creation of decision templates Capacity, license and budget planning Procurement and license management of hardware and software Performance assignment and coordination of external IT services as well as controlling the contractual performance Participation in CLINOTEL working groups and other network organisations They independently determine optimization potentials in the support of clinical processes and generate project solutions in coordination with specialist areas and key users

Multiannual professional and distinct leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably with specific industry experience Good knowledge of project management as well as very good skills to analyze complex relationships and develop strategies Experience and ideally qualifications regarding agile working methods Complete study with a focus on computer science/economic or medical informatics or a comparable qualification High customer and service orientation Communication and presentation strength as well as a healthy level of enforcement Experience gained in IT service management and IT security Good knowledge of Dedalus Orbis and Microsoft operating systems and database technologies are desirable
