Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an application and test engineer (w/m/div.), you will have a broad insight into various technical aspects of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and support the MES team in the introduction, rollout and maintenance of technical topics as well as documentation. You form an important interface for manufacturing and integration. With our internal customers, you develop the requirements for new solutions, align them with all stakeholders and document the results. Newly developed solutions are tested with all the plants involved, log the results and roll out the solutions for other plants and comparable applications. For established solutions and processes, create documentation and develop training materials as required. Before introducing new MES updates, you will perform extensive functional tests of both standard features in regression testing and new MES extensions. As part of the operational operation of our MES, you will check incoming requests within the 1st level of support and solve standard problems or give complex cases to the appropriate contact persons in the team.

Education: Successfully completed technical studies in mathematics, engineering, computer science or a comparable technical background Experiences: A high interest in complex manufacturing relationships and the support of an extensive SW application are required. Experiences in a modern MES system landscape (R2R/SPC/FDC/RMS/DWH) and knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing are advantageous Personality: team skills, flexibility, motivation and resilience Working methods: You will be happy to communicate and always work independently, reliably as well as results and quality-oriented Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
