For our customers in Herscheid we are looking for dedicated production staff (m/w/d. As a machine operator, you will take a key role and actively contribute to producing high-quality products. Working in two layers, a job that never gets boring!

• Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment and implementation of necessary settings
• Testing of products according to defined quality guidelines including careful documentation of results
• Ensuring compliance with safety and production standards in operation
• Cleaning and maintenance of work equipment and machines to ensure smooth operation
• Close cooperation with colleagues and production management to optimize production processes

We are looking for

You are motivated, reliable and interested in long-term cooperation? Perfect! If you have first experience in production, this is ideal – but don’t worry, we offer comprehensive incorporation. The following qualifications are of advantage, but not necessarily:

• Ideally there is first experience in operating machines or in production
• Craftsmanship as well as a good technical understanding characterize you
• flexibility and willingness to work in shiftwork are given
• Teamwork prepares joy, complemented by a structured and careful way of working
• Good knowledge of German enables the safe understanding of work instructions
