Legal Counsel Electromobility & Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

You advise the areas in legal and contractual issues with a focus on economic law, civil law, commercial law, corporate law and energy law You first, audit, negotiate and manage supplier contracts, service contracts, contractors, partner contracts and project contracts You accompany legal infrastructure and charging infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, in particular the nationwide “Lkw-Schnellladenetz” You support contract management, claim management and follow-up management as well as the processing of legal disputes You identify, evaluate and control legal and contractual risks and develop practical solutions You develop contract standards, model contracts and other internal business processes You support the management and coordination of external lawyers, process representatives and specialist law firms You prepare internal training on legal and regulatory issues or conduct them through You work in knowledge management and the development of new legal areas in the areas of electromobility and charging infrastructure

Multiannual professional experience (approximately 2–5 years) as a legal counsel, corporate lawyer, syndicate attorney or lawyer (m/w/d) Experience gained in civil and economic law Experience in the creation, testing and negotiation of complex contracts Ideally knowledge of energy, infrastructure, construction or project business or professional experience in industry Ideally first experience in contract, claim, supplemental or dispute management Extensive understanding of economic relations and the ability to assess legal risks pragmatically and solution-oriented Structured, independent and responsible operation Communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Interest in regulatory issues as well as in the future topics of energy transition, electromobility, charging infrastructure and sustainable mobility Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
