Internship Research and Development (R&D) in the Test Laboratory for Computer-Assisted Surgery (6 months | Sept/Oct 2026)

In your internship at an internationally leading medical technology company, you are in the middle of it only: you support our test laboratory for computer-assisted surgery in innovative projects, deepen your expertise and gain practical experience that will convey you professionally and personally. Duration of your internship: 6 months (full time) Type of internship: We offer volunteer internships and compulsory internships/practice semesters as well as the combination of both. You are actively involved in the planning, implementation and documentation of development-related tests and tests. In addition, you will be involved in the collection, analysis and statistical evaluation of measurement data obtained during the test execution. You have the opportunity to design test strategies and procedures and thus contribute to ensuring the required product quality.

You are enrolled in a technical or engineering course and have successfully completed your basic study. You have already gained experience with test setups and programming languages (e.g. MATLAB, Python or C/C++) as well as in the design of mechanical components (Creo Parametrics). You have a quick conception and you are characterized by a high degree of reliability, flexibility and an independent and independent way of working. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the technical environment. The safe handling of the current MS Office programs as well as very good English and German knowledge in word and writing allow you to communicate easily and safely in our international environment
