Your future tasks We are looking for a sensitive and reliable 1:1 support (m/w/d) that accompanies a child in preschool age with a high level of movement and special support needs throughout the entire Kita everyday, it supports in nursing concerns, ensures safety and orientation and helps to experience more participation in group events step by step. Your tasks in detail:

• They are contact persons for the child and provide educational work according to the agreement
• They cooperate closely with the caregivers, teachers, educators and other stakeholders
• They undertake case-relevant organisational activities and create the necessary documentation
• They prepare the help schedule talks and participate in it

Place of work: Kitain MerseburgWork time: Mo-Fr, approx. 20 hrs.

• Experience* in the individual case aid for vulnerable/ physically impaired people (also collected in the private sector, Volunteer Office or the like)
• independent working, flexibility, empathy and patience,
• Careful operation in documentation production
• Joy in dealing with young people and their families
