Building Technician / Facility Technician – Building Technology & Maintenance (m/f/d)

You carry out regular inspections of our buildings and facilities and carry out smaller maintenance, assembly and repair work. You take technical disorders, initiate initial measures to resolve and accompany external crafts and service companies on site. You are responsible for the maintenance of outdoor facilities and supports key, access and disposal management. You accompany infrastructural changes in jobs and document your activities and deficiencies in the system.

You have completed technical or craft training, preferably in the fields of electrical, metal, mechatronics, SHK or a comparable structure. Ideally, you bring multi-year practical professional experience and have a sound technical understanding of building and operating technology. You are familiar with the applicable occupational safety regulations and are safe and responsible for implementing technical facilities. You are characterized by a structured, independent and conscientious way of working and can efficiently prioritize operational tasks. You communicate service-oriented with internal customers as well as external service providers and bring the ability to structured fault diagnosis. You have a valid class B driver's license and are ready to develop you continuously through additional qualifications.
