In the team of our currently twelve full-time lawyers, you will advise specialist departments, executives and organs of the Stadtwerke Köln GmbH as well as the Group companies in all relevant legal areas. A clear focus of the task is the processing of legal issues relating to compliance and data protection. Your tasks include: Support and development of the Group-wide compliance management system in close cooperation with the compliance officers of Stadtwerke Köln GmbH and implementation of regulatory and organisational requirements Supporting the compliance officers in their company-related tasks Support for the Data Protection Officer of the Stadtwerke Köln GmbH and the Corporate Associations, as well as advice from specialist departments and managers on data protection issues The field of activity shall include: Creation of formal and content-ready individual contract drafts, pattern clauses or contracts, guidelines and process descriptions Consultation on contract design, including accompanying contract negotiations Compilation of legal opinions and opinions Current evaluation of legislation and case-law, monitoring of legal development Participation in the relevant, group-internal bodies and practice groups as well as in Manufacture in which the value of the products used does not exceed 50 % Professional associations Conception and implementation of training

You have completed legal training and already have several years of professional experience as a lawyer with deeper knowledge in the fields of compliance and data protection. You can also gain acquitted legal knowledge with strategic, economic and pragmatic considerations.
