Network Solution Architect (m/f/d)

At the Pulheim site, the transmission network is monitored and controlled by the system control system. In order to provide secure and reliable IT systems for system management, the various IT components of process technology such as storages, servers, networks, clients and large-scale image projections are operated in system technology. We are looking for an experienced personality that completely plans, develops and operates our Cisco-based network infrastructure in the team. You design and develop the network architecture in the system technology of the Amprion - with a focus on critical systems and failure security. You plan and implement network solutions for control centers, office and data center environments, and also cooperate in day-to-day operations. You assume the technical responsibility for central network and security components and carry out complex changes and optimizations. You create architecture and design concepts, define standards and introduce new technologies specifically into the network infrastructure. You design and evaluate concepts for the automation of network processes and for the integration of container platforms into the existing network architecture. IHR PROFIL: Complete study of (economic) informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in design, architecture and operation of complex network environments, ideally in the KRITIS or energy environment. Very good knowledge of modern network and security technologies as well as experience with firewalls and segmented environments. Practice in the creation of architectural and design documents as well as in the introduction of standards and guidelines in the network area. Analytical, structured working, sense of responsibility and joy in cooperation with different disciplines.
