Your duties

• They lead our dedicated employees in a living area with 32 residents. Their action has the aim of creating the people living there as independent as possible participation in everyday life.
• You organize and monitor the care process.
• They provide care and care oriented to the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.

• Implementation and further development of existing concepts and care standards

Your conditions

• You have a completed training as a nursing professional, for example as a nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver or health caregiver / nursing caregiver.
• Completed training as a residential area management is desirable
