Designing the future of our HR systems as HR Consultant SAP & HRIS (m/w/x) at our site in Gütersloh. With your view for smart HR processes, your hands-on mentality and real team spirit, you make the difference. Are you on it? Your tasks System Responsibility & Development: You take the central responsibility for our German HR systems - focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors - and develop both modules and interfaces as key users. You make sure that our HR system landscape remains stable, efficient and forward-looking. In addition, you support day-to-day operations by helping you solve technical issues or acute system challenges. Project management & implementation: As project manager:in or sub-project manager:you control HR-IT projects - especially working time models, digital personnel processes and integrations for shift planning - and make sure that requirements are clear and results are delivered reliably. Consulting & Stakeholder Management: In close exchange with specialist areas and project teams you analyze needs, translate them into technical solutions and create a common understanding of all involved. Digital process design: You design and implement workflows, automate HR processes and drive digitization forward - always with the aim of offering real added value to our employees. System tests & quality assurance: From a professional perspective, you carry out tests, document results and make sure that deployments are thought-out, clean and sustainable.

Your profile Education & experience: Complete study of economics, (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Expertise in HR systems: Found experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ideally combined with knowledge in HR processes IT- & process affinity: Enthusiasm for system architectures, interfaces, data quality and digital HR processes Language skills: Very good German knowledge and good English skills Soft skills: Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, communication-strong, team-oriented and with high liability as well as quality awareness
