These are your tasks In this role, you engage our employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle and are the key player for internal and external HR topics:

Full support of employees and executives in personal questions

Recruiting: Creation of job advertisements, applicant management, interviews and onboarding Personnel administration from entry to exit (contracts, certificates, certificates) Preparation of monthly pay billing (e.g. maintenance of billing-relevant data, notifications, voting) Cooperation with internal bodies or external service providers in the context of payment accounting Support for topics related to pensions, pensions and occupational pensions (bAV) Contact person for employees on issues relating to pension provision, pay settlement and pension models Coordination and exchange with external service providers (e.g. payroll, insurance, bAV providers, tax advisors) Care, management and further development of our HR software Figure and optimization of HR processes in digital systems (e.g. Personio) Participation in HR projects (e.g. HR digitization, process optimization, employer branding) Maintenance of HR systems and digital personal files

Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on staff Multiannual professional experience in personnel, ideal as HR Generalist:i Good knowledge of labour law and basic knowledge of pay accounting Basic knowledge of occupational pensions desirable Experience in preparing or accommodating payment Safe handling of HR software; Knowledge of personio is desirable Experience in cooperation with external service providers Structured, careful and discrete operation Communication strength and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office
