Your tasks:

• commercial and technical management of commercial properties
• the regular review of the structural condition and the guarantee of the proper functioning of the technical facilities of the properties you provide
• current lease management
• the monitoring of the economic performance of the objects, the control of the timely inputs of payments, the production of operating and auxiliary cost accounting and the forest management
• direct contact with the tenants as well as the construction of resilient relationships with the tenants, the care of the properties on site and the attitude of the high degree of tenant satisfaction

Your profile:

• You have completed training in real estate or completion with comparable qualifications (work experience not necessarily necessary)
• You have a safe handling of the Microsoft Office applications
• You have commercial understanding
