Geopfalz GmbH & Co. KG is a joint subsidiary of Stadtwerke Speyer and the city of Schifferstadt. Our goal is to make a decisive contribution to the heat transition in the region through the use of deep geothermal energy. Only through the development of renewable heat sources can the climate targets be achieved and the energy supply can be sustainably secured. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Project Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in full time As a project businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you support the management in all commercial issues such as contracting, project structure and value flows in the project. You create independently project calculations and thus ensure transparency. Furthermore, you take care of compliance with the contractual conditions and ensure their implementation in the project.

Central commercial interface between management and internal and external contacts Monitoring project costs, budgets, deadlines and cash flow at project level Accounting, administration and tracking of funding and orders Creation of evaluations, reports and profit and loss accounts for management Examination, preparation and collection of accounting facts in the accounting system Participation in financial statements, liquidity planning and introduction of new accounting software Management support for administrative, organisational and financial tasks Proactive design and optimization of purchasing processes as well as ensuring supplier claims Identification and management of opportunities, risks and potential for improvement through analyses and project controlling

Closed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training to the economic specialist or the like, alternatively a completed study with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling or comparable Experience in accounting/controlling/project management and dealing with ERP systems or Accounting Software Knowledge of VOB and contract law desirable Good knowledge of purchasing and ordering Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Good German and English skills in word and writing Structured, independent and careful operation Teamability, communication strength and high service orientation Interest in digital processes and software launches Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured and independent working Impressed learning readiness, service orientation, high quality awareness Teamability, resilience and commitment Very good communication skills in German and English
