Tax clerk with a focus on IT (m/f/d)

You process ongoing financial accounting and support the creation of sales tax pre-registrations. You maintain and optimize digital workflows around financial accounting and document management. You support our employees in technical and technical questions regarding DATEV, NLB and adjacent applications. You analyze requirements from everyday business and develop suitable digital solutions together with the participants. You set up applications, jobs and interfaces and accompany their introduction in ongoing operation. You contribute to the further development and standardization of firm processes. You support the creation of evaluations as well as – depending on the experience and focus – in the case of annual and other tax tasks. You communicate your knowledge in a comprehensible and support colleagues in new digital ways. You communicate with clients as well as internal and external contacts.

You have completed training as a tax specialist; further development to/from the control specialist is advantageous. You have very good knowledge of DATEV and NLB as well as a strong understanding of the processes in a tax law firm. You bring well-founded IT skills and a good technical understanding of hardware and software. You are interested in digitization, process optimization and the practical implementation of new solutions. Knowledge of DATEV applications such as DATEV companies online, DATEV DMS, in NLB or in dealing with interfaces are desirable. You think analytically, work structured and find themselves safe in complex situations. You appear friendly, professional and service-oriented and can explain technical connections in a comprehensible manner. You work independently and carefully, but You also like to join a team. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
