You run and edit large projects in the field of land development / land revitalisation and infrastructure planning with a focus on data centers. They guide teams and employees in a professional and project-related manner and act as mentors for career starters. You have the content, timing and economic project responsibility. They assume the economic responsibility for the content, timing and organization of the projects. They acquire new business partners and customers.

You have a degree in engineering or natural sciences or comparable They ideally have knowledge in the area of location due diligence, rebuilding, reconversion and development planning. They bring experience in data center projects for colocation providers and hyperscaler. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the abovementioned fields They convince by enforcing, safe occurrence, commitment and high identification with the task and the company. They have a very good communication capability and deal with customers in an open and targeted manner. They have very good knowledge of German and English.
