Creation of budget planning, forecasts, cost comparison and cost-effectiveness calculations as well as the preparation of business and financial monthly, quarterly and annual accounts data for the LCS Group Ensuring the timing and quality of management reporting and planning processes Planning of costs and services for the LCS Group by preparing and analyzing the necessary data and coordination tasks between the works Ensuring efficient controlling for cost- and profit-oriented corporate management Development of deviation analyses as well as support for management in the initiation and follow-up of countercontrol or Control measures Creation and assessment of risks within risk reporting Consultation and support of management in business and financial affairs, business assessment of business incidents, and preparation of policy templates and analyses Monitoring the implementation of corporate policies Close cooperation with the management and internal departments (especially the Financial Competence Center) Harmonisation and further development of internal reporting and reporting tools in coordination with LCS management and cross-company coordination of implementation Technical cooperation in national and international LCS projects Processing of complex international project topics in the financial sector Development and implementation of proposals to improve commercial processes Support of management in the development of strategic options Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team

Complete economic studies with a focus on controlling/ accounting or comparable qualification Extensive professional experience in controlling a manufacturing company Leadership experience is desirable In-depth knowledge of the necessary BI, SAP SEM and SAP modules Very safe handling of MS Office programs and very good English skills Analytical thinking and a structured working method Teamability and Communication Strength Enforcement and loadability
