Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering, or successfully completed training with further training as a technician/master (m/w/d) Vocational experience in the development of turnkey commercial properties is desirable Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge in tendering and appointment programs Above-average communication skills, excellent knowledge of German, enforcement skills and self-employed and structured working methods Regional and national (multi-month) travel arrangements for the duration of projects
