Mission As a sales marketing manager, you are the central interface between marketing and sales and making a decisive contribution to customer loyalty and sales growth by developing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives that support our sales teams. You are responsible for developing marketing strategies and creating effective sales enablement materials. This position requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity and proactive implementation to support Stepstone's business goals. Your tasks

Design and control targeted marketing campaigns for direct support of sales initiatives, lead generation and customer retention.

Development and optimization of relevant materials such as sales kits, industry and customer-specific presentations, case studies and collaterals to increase conversion and customer retention.

With design of customer events (on site) that contribute to lead generation and create a space for exchange with relevant customer groups.

Close cooperation with the sales team to identify needs, provide marketing support and develop tools that increase effectiveness.

Monitoring and analysis of the performance of marketing measures to ensure continuous optimization.

Conducting competitive analyses to identify opportunities and positioning Stepstone as a thought leader in the industry.

Cross-departmental cooperation with departments such as B2B Brand, Content & Insights, Product Marketing and E-Commerce Marketing to match marketing activities to the corporate goals.

Complete studies in the field of marketing, business management, communication or a related field.

Multiannual experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a sales-oriented environment or in close cooperation with sales teams.

Analytical skills to measure the success of marketing measures and optimize them based on performance data.

High level of self-initiative with experience in (cross-border) project management, a creative and innovative way of thinking with a pronounced solution orientation.

Embossed communication and presentation skills.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g. salesforce) and digital marketing strategies are not a must, but an advantage.

Flowing German knowledge and safe English in word and writing are necessary for cooperation in an internationally established area.
