Machine Operator / Process Optimizer Grinding (m/f/d)

You operate, equip and monitor our grinding machines and ensure a stable and economical production process. You set up our vertical CNC lathe INDEX V160 with Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl controller (C200 sl), program and optimize the processing processes and ensure high-quality production by continuously improving machine and process parameters. You develop existing grinding processes continuously and identify potential for optimisation in terms of quality, production and process safety. You analyse process deviations, develop sustainable solutions and implement measures independently. You ensure compliance with defined quality standards through regular measurements and tests. You document process data and contribute to the standardization and continuous optimization of production processes. As an experienced contact person, you actively pass on your expertise to colleagues and support the introduction of new employees.

You have a completed technical training, for example as a tool grinder (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in grinding as well as in the operation and repair of CNC machine tools. Ideally, you have knowledge in handling Siemens SINUMERIK controls as well as experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing company. A strong sense of quality, a technical understanding and a structured and analytical way of working. Own initiative, sense of responsibility, team capacity and the willingness to actively pass on your knowledge round off your profile.
