We are looking for a Digital Expert that strengthens our Product Development Team as an experienced full-stack software developer.

As a senior full stack developer, you take a key role in our agile team. You develop high-quality software solutions with a clear focus on continuous integration in Java-Backend and JavaScript/TypeScript-Frontend. Together with the Product Owner, you plan and implement innovative solutions for new requirements of our core product X4 BPMS – from the user interface to the server logic. After intensive integration, you support product management and our project teams through competent advice on technological issues and the performance spectrum of the platform. You work in a self-organized, agile team with a collaborative scrum process and actively contribute to the further development of our software development standards. You take responsibility for designing and implementing new features and for optimizing existing components. Through your well-founded knowledge and experience, you support the team through mentoring and knowledge transfer, for example through code reviews, pair programming and exchange of best practices.

You have completed a study of computer science, software engineering, computer science or acquired a comparable qualification. In your multi-year professional practice, you could build special knowledge in a programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, C# etc. Knowledge of XML/XSLT and SQL is advantageous. The use of design patterns, clean code and code reviews are important principles of daily work for you. You have sound knowledge in the field of continuous integration and test automation, as well as software design and architecture. As you think responsibly and analytically, you can easily plan complex requirements independently or in the team and implement them in sustainable solutions. You are a team player and open to new concepts and ideas. We have an international team, so you have good English skills in writing and word.
