Senior Expert IT Compliance & Regulatorik (m/f/d)

Central contact person for IT compliance and regulatory requirements as well as their implementation in the company Consulting sales, presales and bid management for customer requests, tenders and offers with focus on regulatory requirements Creation and maintenance of standardized text modules, evidence and argumentation guidelines for offers, contracts, customer appointments and due diligence and audit requests Assessment of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, NIS2, KRITIS, ISO 27001, BSI) and derivation of actions and CAP analyses Building and further development of compliance, governance and control structures including guidelines and documenting evidence Coordination of regulatory issues with information security, data protection, legal, risk management, quality management, portfolio and delivery Preparation and monitoring of audits, certifications and customer reviews and follow-up of measures Reporting on IT compliance and awareness to management, departments and customers

Multiannual professional experience in IT compliance, regulatory, information security, risk management or audit (ideally in the IT service/outsourcing environment) as well as a completed study or comparable qualification Knowledge of at least three of the following topics: DORA, NIS2, KRITIS/BSI, ISO 27001, BCM/ITSCM and Third Party Risk Management Experience in the support of sales, presales or BID management and in the processing of regulatory requirements in tenders and contracts Relevant certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are advantageous or are targeted Analytical and conceptual strength as well as sound understanding of governance, risk and control processes Embossed communication and stakeholder management expertise, combined with an independent, structured and result-oriented approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
