Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

Looking for a technically highly demanding position in which you can guarantee the maximum operating time, operational reliability and efficiency of a modern fully automated filling center (FC). As Technical Property Manager (m/w/d), you are the key technical person and the head for the maintenance, maintenance and optimization of the entire building infrastructure (TGA) in our FC in Oberhausen. Your focus is on ensuring the smooth functioning of all complex building installations (such as HVAC, electrical, sanitation and fire protection) as well as the adjacent automation technology, which forms the basis for operating the FC. It is important to note that the maintenance and maintenance of the pure material handling equipment (MHE, such as conveyor belts or sorters) is managed by a separate, specialized automation maintenance team lead. Your rapid responsiveness and deep technical know-how are crucial, because every failure of the building facilities would have a massive impact on our logistics chain. To prevent this, you monitor all processes from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting, coordinate specialist external service providers and advance continuous technical improvements (KVP) to infrastructure. It's waiting for you Responsibility You are solely responsible for the technical condition and operational safety of the fully automated FC - including all TGA systems (climate, cold, ventilation, energy supply, etc.) as well as the infrastructural connection of automation technology. In case of technical defects or critical disturbances (in particular in the energy supply or at the interfaces to automation), you are the first escalation stage - you quickly detect the error, analyze the cause and coordinate specialist external service providers for the fastest possible remedy to minimize the operational standstill. Examination Management: You define and control the preventive maintenance plans for all FC's technical facilities - You monitor compliance with all statutory audits and standards (depreciation, negotiation, awarding) and merit the technical documentation. Stakeholder Management: Close coordination with the location management, the automation maintenance team and external, highly specialized service providers to ensure seamless technical availability Process optimisation: You’re questioning the status quo of technical processes and identifying proactive optimization potentials in plant efficiency, energy consumption and fault management.

A completed study (Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Building Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical degree course. At least 2 years of well-founded professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, ideally in the care of (high-)automated logistics centers or industrial facilities. Flowing German and very good English skills. Driving license class B. Embossed know-how in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and understanding of the critical requirements of automation technology. The ability to detect, analyze and implement complex technical problems under time pressure. The effects of disorders are great – you are dealing with them carefully.
