At the point of line (master) of the PVD coating department there is the option for the line of the surface coating (m/w/d). Leadership of staff Qualification/instruction of employees Coordination and moderation of group meetings Implementation of occupational safety training and environmental documentation Conducting employee talks Planning of production processes Planning/starting of repairs and maintenance Develop and implement rationalization measures in coordination with the supervisor Monitoring, compliance and optimization of proportional and fixed production costs Develop and implement storage measures for quality deviations Increasing plant use, optimising the setup processes, and reducing throughput times/flow stocks and reducing waste volumes Tool management: storage, replacement purchase, maintenance, production preparation Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection Creation and updating of work instructions

Surface coating preferably with knowledge of electroplating, painting technology, or PVD coating Possible leadership experience Target-oriented, independent and systematic operation Good organizational skills Reliability, Responsibility and Loadability Teamability and Communication Strength
