Dental Practice Manager (m/f/d)

These are we:We are a dental practice with three treating dentists, in which collegial cooperation and teamwork are raised. We cover the entire spectrum of dentistry. The work is fully digital, we work with the most modern dental technology and applications such as e.g. digital anamnese. Our modern practical equipment includes an Air-Flow® powder jet device, digital X-ray, ultrasound parodontitis treatment and piezosurgery.

Our bright, modern practice with roof terrace is located directly in the city centre of Hamburg in the European Passage, accessible via the subway lines U3, U1, U2, U4 and the S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S3 and S5. We offer flexible working time models, both full-time and part-time.

A long-term, ambitious team and an experienced practice manager, who also manages another site in the network, ensure a professional and pleasant working atmosphere. With us all should feel comfortable :-).

Tasks: • Central contact person for practical management • Self-organization and coordination of practice • Continuous optimization of the practice processes • Support for all employees during the integration and individual training • Interface between practical staff, dental management and external contact persons • Quality and hygiene management

Qualification: • Relevant professional experience in practical management or comparable function • Ideally a training in the field of practical or health management • Structured and organised working methods • Communication strength and friendly and sensitive appearance • Good computer skills
