Financial Accountant / Tax Clerk (m/f/d)

Account Manager (m/w/d) at Munich location in full or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) As part of the EDEKA Group, we are active throughout Germany – with comprehensive expertise in taxes, finance and business management. At 25 locations we are active with over 1,000 employees:inside for about 8,000 clients:inside with great commitment. As an experienced financial accountant (m/w/d), you take responsibility for proper, timely and meaningful client accounting. You work structured, think process-oriented and enjoy working digitally (DATEV, especially DATEV companies online). At the same time, you will be happy to pass on your knowledge and support colleagues professionally in everyday business.

Own creation of current financial accounting for clients (debitors, creditors, property accounts) incl. Conting and accounting of all business incidents Auditing, accounting and accounting of input and output accounts and ongoing account clarifications Compilation of monthly and quarterly accounts and preparation of annual accounts according to HGB (incl. voting, delimitations and meaningful evaluations) Revenue tax pre-registrations as well as support for tax issues (e.g. summary reports, sales tax pre-registration topics, evidence) Ensuring a clean booking quality including Documentation, voting and auditable deposit Active cooperation with clients in the digital document process, in particular via DATEV companies online (legal management, queries, process clarification) Technical support and guidance of employees (entry, quality checks, knowledge building) Optimization and further development of accounting processes and internal workflows

Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with a tax advisor (m/w/d) or comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training with further training in accounting / accounting) would be desirable Safe handling of the common processes of financial accounting and good knowledge in tax law, in particular turnover tax Secure handling of DATEV (in particular firm accounting) as well as good Excel knowledge Very good knowledge of DATEV companies online (leg management, collaboration with clients, digital processes) Knowledge of DATEV cost accounting Structured, careful and self-responsible operation; high quality awareness Joy in sharing knowledge, leading employees and developing solutions together Communication strength and a professional appearance in client care
