Consultancy Quality: You are instrumental in establishing and promoting a holistic approach to sales with your colleagues in the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. Collaboration: With your consulting skills, you coach the customer advisors in sales talks and give sound and helpful feedback. Funding: You support employees in their way to further develop their sales skills and optimally use digital applications. Design: Training, coaching and training measures will be developed and implemented by you in order to promote individual development and introduce new approaches.
