Process Manager (m/w/d)

The Bundesgesellschaft für Endlager (BGE) is looking for a site for a high-radioactive waste end storage facility and is building the Konrad end storage facility for low- and medium-radioactive waste. The BGE keeps the Morsleben end camp open until shutdown and plans to recover the radioactive waste from the Asse shaft plant. The BGE is a federal company in the department of the Federal Environment Ministry.

You assume responsibility as a field process manager for the QM staff unit and drive forward the development and maintenance of a transparent and holistic process landscape of the BGE. You model and document processes with the BPMN software Aeneis in their own area and support BGE-wide area process managers and process managers in the design and the combination of processes. You promote the continuous improvement process by preparing and reflecting experiences in a structured manner. You carry out training and workshops on process management, initiate improvement projects and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable quality and process culture.

You have a degree of technical or scientific discipline at an FH/TU or comparable. You have several years of professional experience in process management. You have a well-founded knowledge of process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and in handling appropriate software (preferably Aeneis). You bring practical experience in quality management and ideally have knowledge in project and change management to accompany changes in processes.
