Projektmanager (m/w/d) Personnel These are your colleagues You will be part of a dedicated HR team with currently six generalist staff representatives as well as a colleague in the staff management. With this newly created role, we set a clear focus: the targeted and sustainable development of our employees. We are looking for you as a specialist:in the development of staff, which actively shapes and drives the expansion of our MLF Academy as well as our training landscape. You work closely with the staff representatives, executives and specialist departments and bring structure, ideas and reliability to our personnel development processes.

Need analysis: You raise and analyze further training and development needs in close coordination with specialist departments, staff representatives and the management staff Concept: You develop, optimise and expand our internal personnel development services as well as the MLF Academy Training Management: You plan, organize and tax seminars, trainings and in-house trainings including participant management Service provider control: You search, select and assign external trainers and service providers and agree on terms and contracts Event organization: You are responsible for professional event management and coordinator speakers, locations, hotels and all organizational conditions Moderation: You actively shape internal formats such as the MLF days and take on conceptual and moderating tasks Data management: You build a continuing education database in the HR system and systematically evaluate development measures Tracking: You keep track of training, feedback, development and employee talks and ensure their sustainable follow-up Controlling: You are responsible for the cost control and the success measurement of our personnel development measures Advice: You advise executives on personnel development issues and, if necessary, support staff representatives in operational daily business

You have a degree with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, pedagogy or a comparable qualification The position is suitable for both dedicated career starters (m/w/d) with first experience in personnel development – whether through internships, student work or professional stations.
