Director Marketing & Communication (m/w/d) Gummersbach Your responsibility for the development and responsibility of a holistic brand strategy for the corporate brand and for endorsed and subbrands Continuing restructuring and further development of marketing areas Brand & Products, Demand Generation and Corporate Communications Implementation of the strategy on the basis of clear concepts and plans and measures developed therefrom for all target groups and across all channels Ensuring action success based on a clearly defined controlling and reporting concept Control of a targeted further development of the marketing performance spectrum in systematic exchange with the stakeholders of the operational areas Responsibility for the continuous improvement of target group journey taking into account trends, technological development, strategic goals and success control Your Benefits with us The opportunity to work on a mobile day a week Private usable company car incl. Our expectations for you Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, business management, communication sciences or a comparable qualification Finded professional and leadership experience in a comparable function - ideally in the consulting or service environment Advanced knowledge in various communication channels (Digital, Social Media, Advertising, Public Relations) Entrepreneurial, strategic and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to translate complex challenges into concrete measures Sovereign action within complex matrix structures and in management and decision-making bodies Ready for occasional Europe-wide missions Secure communication in German and English - in writing as oral
