Controller (m/w/d) In a six-member team at Debeka Bausparkasse AG, you play a central role in the monitoring, analysis and reporting of business development to the management. Your task will help you to support the strategic orientation of the company as much as possible and to enable sound decisions.

Your contribution to the WIR Creation and further development of regular reports and presentations on business development for management Analysis and assessment of the development of business objectives in the context of reporting and submission of recommendations for action Monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of measures to support business achievement Independent implementation of evaluations and analyses of business data within the framework of the strategic and sales controlling - including address-oriented preparation for support of informed decisions monitoring and evaluation of market trends and activities of competitors; Implementation of benchmarking analyses including financial key figures comparison and strategic classification in the context of the overall bank Participation in the processing of supervisory and internal requirements

We wish Study of Business Administration, Financial Management, Controlling or a comparable degree Professional experience in strategic controlling, preferably in banking or financial sectors Very good analytical skills combined with a good understanding of strategic relationships and market-relevant developments Communication strength and presentation skills for the comprehensible representation of complex relationships Responsibility, resilience, teamability Routinized handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
