Your position • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in order management with a clear objective, prioritization and further development of employees • Control of a stable and scalable order processing from planning to implementation taking into account capacities, utilisation and throughput times • Responsibility for operational performance based on relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of processes and procedures • Active management of daily business including prioritization, identification of bottlenecks and escalation solution • Development and coordination of the interfaces between sales, assembly and internal specialist areas with focus on efficiency and quality

Your profile • Multiannual experience in the operational management of projects or processes, ideally in the technical environment or in the energy industry • Detectable leadership experience with responsibility for team performance, motivation and development of employees • Sovereign handling of challenging conversation situations and escalations and clear decision-making • Structured and solution-oriented operation with a strong focus on implementation and quality of results • Embossed communication strength and safe handling of KPIs and digital tools
