Your tasks: • You are responsible for the entire process of order processing, starting from receiving requests to delivery • The comprehensive support of our customers is one of your duties • You are available to our customers at any time personally, in writing and by telephone to process their requests and requests • You take responsibility for the handling of complaints • The maintenance and security of data quality in the CRM system also falls within your responsibility • They support the sales team in the daily business.
