Head of Technology and Maintenance, Budenheim am Rhein site (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for technology and maintenance at the Budenheim site, including the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team Ensuring and further developing the technological performance of existing production lines Conceptual preparation of future production and process requirements and the design of suitable pilot lines for technological protection and scaling Responsibility for the maintenance strategy and ensuring high plant availability Management of technical implementation and investment projects as well as preparation of technological decision bases Management of concept and feasibility studies and technology selection Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation Scouting at the Site Bundling and further development of technical know-how in the fields of project management, facility management, project strategy, maintenance and operational engineering Close, cross-functional cooperation with production, quality, development and the globally established team “Corporate Science & Technology” Active participation in the site management team with direct reporting line to the factory management

Successfully completed studies in the field of chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical-nature discipline Long-term, well-founded professional experience in operations as well as detectable leadership experience in a function comparable cutting Found industry and process experience in chemistry, like in the environment of Food & Nutrition and/or Pharma & Healthcare, or in comparable regulated environments Detectable successes in Process Improvement and Maintenance in an industrial production environment Experience in companies with their own formulation skills and clear positioning as a solution partner track record in the effective implementation of changes – with ophthalmic and practical orientation Clear, cooperative and development-oriented leadership with pragmatic, result-oriented style Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for regular presence at the Budenheim site – ideally connected with a residence in the Rhine-Main area or the willingness to do so
