During your three-year training in various Gotha agencies in your region, you will learn and apply the agency everyday, the holistic advice of customers and our product range You learn how to win customers, advise them in the long term, create individual offers and process contract data We will show you how to assess individual risks and ensure appropriate insurance packages During your training you experience pure practice. We won't leave you alone! You will be accompanied by a strong team of fellow trainees, colleagues and trainers. These will help you with advice and action and support you in all questions With our extensive Azubi seminars we make you fit for your final exam We plan your future with us in the Group right before your final examination Look forward to a monthly training allowance of 1.205 Euro (1st year of teaching), 1.282 Euro (2nd year of teaching) and 1.370 Euro (3rd year of teaching)
